Throughout the years, we've gained hands-on experience in Italian, Cuban, Thai, and Greek diners, learning the authentic flavors and techniques that make each cuisine special. This journey has shaped the unique menu and atmosphere we offer today-where bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and a touch of home come together in every dish. Our passion for food is matched only by our commitment to making our guests feel like part of the family.

Our team of six chefs brings incredible skill and heart to the kitchen every day. Three of them have been with our family for over 25 years, making them more than just colleagues-they're an extension of who we are. Their loyalty, dedication, and culinary talent help create the warm and welcoming experience that defines The Housatonic House.

While Seymour is now our newest home, our roots in Connecticut run deep. We also proudly own and operate Parkway Diner in Stamford, another family-centered establishment where guests have come to expect delicious food and heartfelt service. No matter which location you visit, you'll be treated with the same care, warmth, and attention that only a true family-run restaurant can offer.
